Written brief, not a walk-in counter

Chain Fall Hoist Sourcing inquiry desk

Send specifications, quantity, destination and the extras you want left off the machine line. No public street address, phone number or map pin is published because contacts are empty in this site record. Replies, if a live endpoint is later connected, follow a reviewed brief rather than a promised hour count.

How to reach the desk

Use the form on this page. There is no published street office and no walk-in receiving window. A drawing can be sent after the first written exchange; this form does not add an upload field.

Mailbox after review

Work email is the required channel. Phone is optional. Chain Fall Hoist Sourcing does not list a toll-free number or a personal inbox on this page because those values are not in the configuration.

Review window

The desk reads product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements before any factory is contacted. Hours are not a service-level promise. A closed inquiry stays closed until you send a new brief.

What belongs in the requirement

  • Rated capacity with units, lift height, duty cycle and suspension.
  • Voltage, phase and frequency, or shop air working pressure.
  • Quantity, destination country or US state, and requested lead time.
  • Whether installation, freight and commissioning stay excluded.
  • Optional budget with currency and per-unit or whole-order basis.
  • Optional supplier preference: premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or compare options. That choice is a buyer preference, not a verified rating.

The inquiry modal on product cards uses the same form action. This page keeps the process column visible so the modal and the contact page do not share the same chrome. If JavaScript is off, write budget and supplier preference inside the requirement box; the desk still needs rated capacity, lift height and destination before any factory is asked to answer.
